MY MISSION
I’m eager to tell people about the product I adore since my childhood. These are Astrakhan fish - cold and hot-smoked , spelding and dried - so different but endlessly delicious.
This project is the expansion of our family business. My grandfather, father and brother have been cooking fish the whole lifetime and my aim is to tell a great number of people about fish.
