Our sturgeon is raised in the river and has a very different taste from the one that is grown in artificial pools and ponds. In the first case, the fish lacks a brightly vivid taste, and in the second, it “after-tastes” with mud. The secret is that there are lots of living organisms in the river. Storage requirements 
Hot-smoked fish is stored within 2 or 3 days at а temperature from 0 to +5 degrees Celsius wrapped up in craft paper
